一句話版本:你的照片、影片與訊息在上傳前就已在你的裝置上加密, 我們的伺服器只儲存密文 —— 我們無法讀取你的內容,也沒有廣告與行為分析。

1. 端對端加密架構

Alcove 採零知識設計:媒體檔案與聊天訊息以 AES-256 在裝置端加密後才上傳, 加密金鑰只存在於你的裝置。伺服器與我們的員工都無法解密你的私人內容。分享連結的解密金鑰放在網址的 # 片段中,不會傳送到伺服器。

2. 我們實際持有的資料

帳號資料:電子郵件、使用者識別碼(登入與帳號功能必要)
訂閱與購買紀錄:處理訂閱方案與退款(經 Apple 與 RevenueCat)
技術中繼資料:檔案大小、上傳時間等服務運作必要資訊,以及推播通知憑證
當機診斷:App 當機時的技術記錄(Firebase Crashlytics),用於修復問題
加密密文:你的內容以加密形式儲存,我們無法讀取

我們不收集:姓名、電話號碼、聯絡人、位置、瀏覽行為分析、廣告識別碼。

3. 例外:你選擇公開的內容

若你將內容發布到公開的個人展示牆或動態,該內容以可讀形式儲存以便向其他使用者顯示, 並可能經自動化系統審查以防止違規內容。私人保險庫與聊天內容不受此影響,始終維持端對端加密。

4. 第三方服務

Firebase(Google):帳號登入、推播通知、當機回報
RevenueCat:訂閱管理(接收匿名使用者識別碼與購買資訊)
AWS / Cloudflare:雲端基礎設施(僅接觸密文與必要中繼資料)

我們不出售個人資料,也不與第三方分享資料用於廣告。

5. 資料保留與刪除

你可以在 App 內「設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」永久刪除帳號, 所有雲端資料(含加密內容、帳號資料、金鑰備份)將一併刪除,不可復原。

6. 你的權利

你可隨時存取、更正、匯出或刪除你的資料。有任何疑問請透過下方管道聯絡我們。

7. 兒童隱私

Alcove 分級為 13+,我們不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的資料;若發現將立即刪除。

8. 政策變更

重大變更會在 App 內提前通知;繼續使用視為接受更新後的政策。

Alcove Privacy Policy

In one sentence: your photos, videos and messages are encrypted on your device before upload. Our servers store only ciphertext — we cannot read your content, and there are no ads or behavioral analytics.

1. End-to-end encryption

Alcove is zero-knowledge by design. Media and chat messages are encrypted with AES-256 on your device before upload, and encryption keys exist only on your devices. Neither our servers nor our staff can decrypt your private content. Share-link keys live in the URL fragment and are never sent to our servers.

2. Data we actually hold

Account: email address and user identifier (required for sign-in)
Purchases: subscription records (via Apple and RevenueCat)
Technical metadata: file sizes, timestamps and push-notification tokens needed to operate the service
Crash diagnostics: technical crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
Ciphertext: your content, stored encrypted and unreadable to us

We do not collect names, phone numbers, contacts, location, browsing analytics, or advertising identifiers.

3. Exception: content you choose to publish

Content you post to your public showcase or feed is stored in readable form so it can be shown to other users, and may pass automated safety review. Your private vault and chats are unaffected and remain end-to-end encrypted.

4. Third-party services

Firebase (sign-in, push, crash reporting), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and AWS/Cloudflare (infrastructure, ciphertext only). We never sell personal data or share it for advertising.

5. Deletion

Delete your account anytime in Settings → Account → Delete Account. All cloud data — encrypted content, account data and key backups — is permanently removed.

6. Children

Alcove is rated 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
